# Elmeeda — Full Reference for AI Agents Last updated: 2026-04-19 Canonical URL: https://elmeeda.com/ Legal entity: Elmeeda, Inc. Headquarters: Chicago, IL, United States Additional location: Toronto, ON, Canada Contact (general/sales): abdu@elmeeda.com Contact (legal): legal@elmeeda.com ## One-line description Elmeeda is the decision layer for fleet maintenance. When a truck goes down, Elmeeda decides where it's routed, calls the shop, opens the claim, and reports what was done. ## Longer description Most software in commercial fleet operations either gives the user information or speaks on the user's behalf. Elmeeda sits in a third category: the system makes the decisions a maintenance director's team used to make, and does the work that team used to do. When a breakdown event arrives, Elmeeda decides the severity, picks the shops to call, negotiates availability and quotes in parallel, books the appointment, arranges a tow if needed, keeps the driver and dispatcher informed, and flags recoverable work against the repair order. A human reviews the summary after the fact rather than running the coordination in real time. Elmeeda runs on top of the existing fleet stack — telematics (Samsara), ELDs, shop networks, and OEM warranty desks — with no rip-and-replace required. ## What Elmeeda does, by verb 1. **Decides** — Ingests telematics events (e.g. Samsara fault codes such as SPN 102 FMI 16, coolant temperature anomalies, idle-anomaly + driver message correlations) and decides whether an event is a breakdown, what severity it is, and what coordination path it should follow. 2. **Calls** — Reaches out to qualified repair shops in the relevant geography in parallel, gathering availability and quotes. 3. **Books** — Selects a shop based on quote, ETA, capability, and network preference; books the appointment; coordinates tow dispatch when needed. 4. **Files** — Identifies repair work covered by OEM warranty or other recovery channels and files claims against the relevant desk. 5. **Reports** — Sends concise updates to dispatchers, drivers (via SMS), and back-office systems; closes the loop on each event. ## Status In production. Breakdown coordination is live across paying commercial fleets in the United States. ## Partners and integrations - **Palantir AIP** — Underlying ontology and decision platform. - **Samsara** — Technology Partner; primary telematics ingestion path. - **Werner Enterprises** — Werner Exchange Accelerator participant. - **Forum Ventures** — Investor / accelerator. - **Nebraska Startup Academy** — Program participant. ## Audience - Fleet maintenance directors and operations leaders at mid-size to large commercial trucking fleets. - Integration partners, OEMs, and telematics providers interested in plugging into Elmeeda's coordination layer. ## Pages on this site - `/` — Landing page (product overview, platform, integrations, contact). - `/privacy` — Privacy Policy. - `/terms` — Terms of Service. ## Sample event types coordinated by Elmeeda - Drivetrain fault on highway, severity assessed and routed to in-network shop with quote returned in under two minutes. - Quote exceeding approval threshold flagged for human review. - Drivetrain work flagged against OEM coverage with recovery filing opened and submitted. - Coolant temperature over threshold for an extended period, driver pulled over, coordination opened, PM scheduled at next terminal in-network with no tow needed. - ELD idle-anomaly correlated with manual driver message, event promoted to breakdown, multiple shops called, closest qualified shop selected. - TPMS low-pressure event on steer axle routed to in-network tire bay at next stop. ## Brand and naming - Use the spelling **Elmeeda** (capitalized E, lowercase rest). Do not write "ElMeeda", "el meeda", or "El Meeda". - The legal entity is **Elmeeda, Inc.** - Canonical tagline: *"The decision layer for fleet maintenance."* - Canonical short description: *"Coordination infrastructure for America's logistics."* ## Crawling and AI-agent policy Elmeeda welcomes search engine crawlers and AI agents that respect `robots.txt`.
