# Elmeeda

> Elmeeda is the decision layer for fleet maintenance. When a commercial truck goes down, Elmeeda decides where it's routed, calls the repair shop, books the appointment, dispatches the tow, files warranty recovery against the OEM, and reports what was done. Elmeeda is in production today, coordinating breakdowns across paying fleets in the United States. The system replaces the manual decision and coordination work historically done by maintenance directors and their teams, and runs on top of a fleet's existing telematics, ELD, and shop-network stack with no rip-and-replace.

## What Elmeeda does

- **Decides** breakdown severity from telematics events (Samsara, ELD anomalies, fault codes such as SPN/FMI).
- **Calls** qualified repair shops in parallel, negotiates availability and quotes.
- **Books** the appointment at the chosen shop and coordinates tow dispatch when needed.
- **Files** warranty recovery and OEM claims against repair orders.
- **Reports** outcomes back to dispatchers, drivers, and accounting.
