This Privacy Policy explains how Elmeeda, Inc. ("Elmeeda", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use Elmeeda's fleet-maintenance coordination services, websites, and communication programs, including our SMS/text messaging program.
We collect information provided by our customer fleets and their staff in the course of maintenance coordination: name, work role, mobile phone number, vehicle/unit identifiers, repair and appointment details, and message or call content related to active service events. Telematics and maintenance data is provided to us by the fleet under contract.
We use this information solely to deliver maintenance-coordination services: scheduling and confirming shop appointments, coordinating roadside repairs, requesting vehicle condition details or photos, and reporting outcomes to the fleet. We use mobile phone numbers to place service-related calls and send service-related text messages to drivers and fleet staff who have consented through their fleet's operations onboarding.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages (such as our SMS delivery provider). All other categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share service information only with: (a) the customer fleet that employs or contracts the recipient, (b) repair vendors involved in an active service event, and (c) infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal information.
Service records are retained for the duration of our contract with the customer fleet plus any period required by law. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure.
