Elmeeda Fleet Service Alerts sends transactional text messages to drivers and dispatch staff of Elmeeda's customer fleets in connection with active maintenance and roadside service events: appointment confirmations and reminders, breakdown dispatch confirmations with repair-shop details, requests for photos of vehicle issues, and service status updates.
Recipients opt in through their fleet employer's operations onboarding, or verbally during a service coordination call with Elmeeda, where the coordinator confirms the mobile number and that text messages to it are OK. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See how sign-up works.
Message frequency varies by service activity. Typically 1–5 messages per service event.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Elmeeda does not charge for messages.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@elmeeda.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
